And I think that is an issue a lot of places. Budgets are tight, and there just isn't money for those kinds of things anymore.
My branch has a largish conference room. I like when we do a potluck in the conference room. We end up with good food, we get a chance to socialize & laugh, it didn't cost a lot of money, and I don't have to look like I just stepped off the pages of Vogue.
