Do you put your stamps in there on thier own, or are they on some sort of "sheet" so you can slide them out? I know some stamps come on a sheet, but I've unmounted a bunch and used tack it over and over.

Can I use laminating sheets? Overhead transparencies? What can I put them on so they are more easily accessible and not just stuck inside the pouch?
