I went straight to an E2, never having owned any Cricut machine before, and have found it very easy and simple to operate; guess there was nothing to compare it to! I love it and have a bundle of cartridges, which I've been lucky to find on sale and through ebay as well.
My experience with PC Customer Service has also been great, whether it's been questions about the E2, updating or the Gypsy.

I had a blast with it last night. I have several projects I have to get caught up on. The E2 looks like a great machine and I almost started with that myself.
