I looked it up and what I read said that it was pretty much the same one that I had...arthroscopic (probably not spelled correctly)...I said laser before and was mistaken. I say go for it, like sillyfilly said, why put your body through the stress and pain if you don't have to? My Dr did not really give me a choice...just told me that this is how it is done now and I went with that...who am I to argue, he is the expert. Imagine "No, I would rather go for the long recovery and big scar option, thank you" haha!
