Does anyone have any 12 X 12 paper storage ideas? I have A LOT of paper and had taken the time to label storage containers with the name of the designer/company, but I find it difficult to find the exact paper I am looking for or to match colors.
i have 12x12 filing cabinets from oriental trading. love them. 2 drawers each. i think i paid $99.
Are you able to easily see what you have that way?
I find my problem is that I am not able to easily grab what I am looking for or find what I need and I need suggetions on how to get that organized or find ways to get that easily creative. :p
love them. they hold the paperin files standing up. in other containers paper is laying down. you need to pick it up & thumb through.
love the vertical filing
Gale, I adore the pretty hat boxes on top of your org unit. It all looks like a very orderly, welcoming space. (Mine looks more like your "before" picture.)
When I looked at that link before, I could have sworn it led to your blog post about storage. Now it leads to the company's website. Weird. I would have thought the admins would prefer you linking to your own blog rather than a commercial site. I can't figure out the rules here since they got so picky.
Me too Gale! It DID go to my blog. Admin changed it to the company's website for some reason. My post shows how I organize my paper too. It seems I am the only one that ever gets edited by admin! Ugh!!!!!!!!! Go to my blog in my link below and in the search box put "Scrap 'n Cube Paper Tower." That will get you the post. So sorry it has to be difficult here!

Wait a minute. Do you mean to tell me they edited your post and did not notify you and let you know why?? Why in the heck would they not let people know these things?? So if you didn't look at the post again, didn't realize they changed it, didn't know WHY they changed it, and posted the same thing in a different thread, you'd then be a "multiple offender"?? That makes no sense whatsoever (plus it's rude).
Yes, that's what happened. This admin person never notifies me and has done this multiple times to me yet other threads by other people remain untouched.

A reminder - our volunteers on this site are members, and as such, cannot be made the subject of a negative post, per our site posting rules.
That being said, posts are edited and removed per our site posting rules many times each day.
Our goal is to notify each person when this is done, however, if someone does the same thing multiple times, they are only notified once, along with other circumstances that would make it unnecessary.
