well they have the locks set to a 'builder's code' that anyone with a builder's key can open the doors. After the homeowner uses the key for the first time (with the RIGHT key) it resets the lock & the builder's key does not work anymore. So...anyone with a builder's key can still get in at any time until then. We were told that it may have been a worker who knew where the house was along the work & just helped themselves. The police were called & a report was filed.

That would be really terrible if it was some worker who is committing the thefts. I hope that they can find whoever it is.
