IT'S NOT BONES THAT
WILL TIE UP THE PHONES!
OH FOR HEAVEN SAKES,
IT'S STRAWBERRY SHAKES!

This is my story!
1. It's my pleasure to host Teapot Tuesday this week! Thanks so much to the other Teapot Tuesday hostesses for coming up with such fun challenges week in and week out! Its fun having tea on Tuesdays with the likes of all of you! Although, I was not a happy camper when you all were obsessed with your tea and cookies and left me on the plank last Tuesday! Geeze!
2. Meet Schmuddley McCuddley! He's got quite a smile, it can be seen for a mile! Life is good, life is great! Success has always been his fate. Do you think that its bones that will tie up the phones? It's something more sweet, its a pink tastey treat! When you walk through his door, there will be smiles galore! Oh for heaves sakes, it's Strawberry Shakes! His smile can be seen from afar, he'll have a Beemer for a car! Now who woulda thunk, that a cute puppy punk, could come up with plan to out perform his friend Stan!
3. Stan is a waggering man! He's a little green with envy at the idea McCuddley has come up with! How could it be, he just doesn't see! Could he get all this money selling something sweeter than honey? Now his little buddy McCuddley doesn't care what he thinks, he knows deep down, its not just about the drinks. Schmuddley is determined it's all about the smile! He knows that Strawberry shakes is not all that it takes. He knows whats required from the people he's just hired, they'll serve a smile with that shake, for goodness sake!
4. Oh that Stan, what a mean man! He's secretly hired 42,000 cranky grumps to bring through the door on opening day! No way will they all leave with a smile much less a strawberry shake! That motto that he's painted on the wall, won't matter at all! He's crazy if he thinks a smile is what it takes to sell 42,000 Strawberry shakes.
Schmuddley McCuddley's Motto (as provided by a friend of Tyler Tucker)
We smile through our fight,
We smile when the sun is bright,
We smile when we are sad,
We smile even though we may be mad,
We smile through our pain,
We smile even when it rains,
We smile through our fear

CHALLENGE TRANSLATION:
Rut, roh! Our little buddy Schmuddley McCuddley needs help filling his Strawberry Shake Shop with lots and lots of smiles! His hired help will be key! You know the drill, bring happy things. What do you think would make 42,000 cranky grumps smile? The sky's the limit. Smiles are contagious, strawberry shakes just tickle the tummy and critters and their riddles make for an awful lotta giggles!
EPEC ~ (EXTRA POINTS FOR EXTRA COOKIES!) You get extra points for extra cookies if you bring a joke! Joke on the outside, punch line on the inside! You get extra cookies if you bring a strawberry shake! You get extra cookies if you bring a $1.00 bill framed and hung on the wall, to celebrate Schmuddley McCuddley's first dollar of success!
DESTINATION STATION:
This week our destination is Greenville, South Carolina. If you would like a destination for your card, how about sending it to Tyler. Tyler was brought to our attention by fellow SCSer, Caterina (caterinafmig). Tyler is a very sweet 11 year old boy who currently is in remission from Rhabdomyosarcoma, childhood cancer, however this has caused many serious problems.

Cute story, Cindy. Glad I'm a "cheater" since this card took me awhile...although it doesn't look like it! I had no "soda fountain" glass and I really don't like digis(the ink smears when I use my Copics). I didn't put my donation in a frame, but made a straw out of it...so I hope that counts for extra cookies! ; ) Hope Tyler enjoys all his cards.
Here's my card for Tyler. I wanted a cute card with a corny knock, knock joke. I thought it would bring a smile to his face.
Mine's going postal Wednesday.

Cindy and all you wonderful caring loving creative ladies, cannot tell you how much I appreciate this challenge for Tyler Tucker. Wish you all could meet this brave young guy and know how extremely sweet he is. Please know each piece of happy mail Tyler receives is an big encouragement to him and his family!
Just received an update on Tyler and he is doing well and able to go to school.

I want to thank the stampers club. Tyler loved all the cards and was so grateful to get them. Thank you for making Tyler happy. He really loves getting the mail. Tyler's birthday is October 9th and we are still praying he gets the trip he wants to Disney world. They wrote today we had a release of medical records to send and said they would make their decision. Gosh what a birthday that would be especially now while he is feeling so much better.
