My wonderful Demo let me borrow her framelits and Ornament Keepsakes stamp set and when I showed her all the ornaments I made she told me that SU had contacted her about one of the stamps being replaced.
She said they were sending a new stamp. I had no issues, whatsoever, with a perfect stamp every time with all the stamps, even using the old style ink pads. She said it was the larger ornament used in the ornament on the cover of the holiday mini catalog.
I then borrowed her Gumball Green new style ink pad and still no problems.
Anybody know what's going on? Just curious since I'm buying these two items in September.
Here's a portion of the email I received from Stampin' Up! regarding this stamp set: Unfortunately, we have discovered an error with the circular image from this set (see correct image below). We are sending a replacement rubber image and label. You do not need to call Demonstrator Support to receive this replacement; it has been automatically shipped to you. If you don�t receive it by September 15, please contact Demonstrator Support.
Not to worry, anyone who ordered this set before the error was discovered is receiving the new sticker and rubber automatically. What awesome customer service! LOVE SU!
