I've been trying to locate the pattern/template for the "High Heel Shoe" that was posted in the gallery (see attached link) and haven't had much luck in doing so. If someone could please help me I would really appreciate it. TIA...
At my JoAnn's they have a children's crafting kit to make a shoe box. You guessed it -- a box shapped like a shoe. It looks very similar to the one you are looking for.
Read down on the comments for that link/shoe. Someone said they had the pattern and provided her email address.

That's exactly what I did last week and still have yet to get any kind of response. Maybe, I'll send another e-mail; I'll keep you posted if I hear of anything.
