Ever feel like chucking it all?

Seriously. Has anyone ever had a blog and then stopped blogging?

I've been blogging for over four years now, I've never had a huge following, and I'm just so tired of maintaining it on a daily/weekly basis.

I've tried to segue into some sort of income potential, and that's never happened.

I nearly gave it all up with paper crafting a year ago, but somehow came back to it. Now I'm wishing I had. Just so tired of making something for others to comment on now, KWIM?

Any input?

Why do you blog? Is it for your enjoyment? If it's not fun or enjoyable for you or feels like a chore, maybe it's time for a break. I never had a blog. I don't want my life out there! Good luck with your decision.

Maryrose - you never know who you have inspired, especially if their creativity made a positive difference in their lives, as stampin has in mine. Your work and blog are lovely. I have visited before. I am a new blogger and am having a blast at it. It depends on your goals and it sounds like you are fine letting it go, and that is fine too. I am not looking at it from a business point, so it is just "fun". I needed one for a DT and even thought I am done with that, I love sharing my cards and especially love the friendships I am making. I went to BlogHer a few weeks ago, and there were 5000 women bloggers there, all different, all with different goals, and it was a blast. Social media is very important to growing the blog etc, but I am not savy in that area yet, but it is something I could work on. Good luck with your decision. Either way, you will be opened up for new adventures!
