my Monday is ok its kinda busy just catching up on work that came in over the weekend. and I sit and listen to DH plan the new week's worth of meals...sometimes its weeks sometimes its months...and on Mondays we have Meatless Monday...just our lil way of trying to be healthy I love new recipes if anyone has one to share I'm willing to try it |

That's cool you guys plan it ahead of time. Me just whatever but If my fiance is here he cooks like we're eating at the restaurant, lol! He likes presentation, the food has to look good aside from the taste
Also, nice idea about Meatless Monday...our little way of trying to be healthy my fiance likes to make fresh veggie juice and how I wish my kids would drink it too. He will make it in the morning before he goes to work and I will drink it anytime on that day.
