Custom polymer stamp source?

I'm looking for a place/site where I can upload artwork and get a custom polymer stamp made. Does anyone know a good quality source?

Yes, Custom Stamps is a good place. I get all my custom clear photopolymer stamps from her.

Are their stamps clear photopolymer? Or cling-rubber on a clear block?
I read their description, and it says "clear rubber" (but rubber is not clear) so I wasn't sure.

Clear photopolymer. They are similar in type and quality to Crafty Secrets' stamps (and have the same smell, LOL).
