Heart Can I do this..."copy & paste" description

Greetings!!!

Im trying to sell a lot of my retired Stampin Up stuff on eBay or Craigs List.

Instead of taking photos with my digital camera, I just went ahead and used the Index Card for each stamp from SplitCoastStampers website.

Heres what I copied & pasted.

Am I allow to use these photos in describing the stamps??? Remember that Im NOT a Stampin Up Demonstrator!!!

Thanks,
~Lee

Hi Lee!

Thank you for asking. You may include a link to the photo in our gallery, but we ask that you don't save them and republish them as you have attached.

Again, thank you so much for asking!

Hey there...thanks for answering.

However, let me ask the question again...When I'm trying to sell any Stampin' Up product on eBay, what kind of photo is allowed to show its description? Am I allowed to use "The Index Card" for each stamp set from SCS??? OR Am I supposed to take individual shots using my Digital camera?

Thanks,
~Lee

You are welcome to LINK to our index card photo, but you cannot copy our photo and attach it to your listing - does that make it more clear?

So your description would say:

Used Posy and bee set - photo of the set is HERE

The word "here" being a link to the index card in our gallery. The user would click the link and come here to view the image in our gallery.

Sounds good to me but I hope I know what to do in order to put "the associated" LINK with it.

It would be wonderful to have "Step-by-Step" Instructions!!!

I just get so confused!!!

Thanks,

All you would do is type: I have XYZ set for sale. You can see what this set looks like here: (link)

Where I have the word link, you would paste the URL for the image in our gallery.

To do that, click on the set you want to show. In your browser's address bar, highlight the entire web address of that page you're on with the set.

Copy that address with either ctrl+c or by right clicking and choosing copy.

Go back over to your listing and where I have (link), paste the link you just copied with ctrl+v or by right clicking and choosing paste.

Usually buyers want to see the actual set they are buying and you would get the best price showing the picture you took of the set you own.
