I'm not sure about all of these features but stores like Best Buy have ways to narrow down your selection, but it's limited to what they carry. Try Camera World.
If I may make a recommendation, check out the Olympus E-PL1. It's a point and shoot on steroids. It goes slightly beyond with DSLR features without the bulk. It also had Scene modes that are amazingly easy to master.
I would also recommend with any camera to avoid regular batteries, it would actually be a lot more economical to just get an extra battery pack because they tend to drain less. The 2nd battery would save you money in the long run.
