Hang in there! My social anxiety disorder makes it hard to leave the house sometimes so I know a teeny little bit about your agoraphobia. I know that the very problem makes it hard to go to a therapist, but please try!!!! I know that when I finally talked to a doctor about my issues and they started me on medication, my life got to be soooooooooo much better. What some people don't understand is that this ISN'T a choice and you can't just "get over it"! Maybe medication can help you like it did me, so be strong and think about going to a doctor. If you are thinking about it, then one day you will fell strong enough and good enough to go to a doctor. I'll be praying for you!
