When there's been something with the computer that we couldn't do, we took it to a local computer repair place to get it done (instead of mailing it off). Some stores for computers can help you upload the program.

And when I'm concerned about my Ham Radio things, I get one of the members of our club to help me. Many of those people also know about computers...

Nope no disc. Just a piece of paper telling me how to set the computer up. Which, I followed step by step. Ron said he was going to email them and ask why they sent a computer with starter when he purchased one with premium. They may have just sent the wrong computer.
