First National Bank of Hartford
116 West Sumner Street
Hartford Wisconsin, 53027

Hartford is located 22 miles north of Milwaukee.

Set Up from 9:00 � 10:00 a.m.
Stamping 10:00 � 5:00 p.m.
$20 Per Person � cost will cover room, prizes, lunch, snacks, chocolate, drinks and much more!
Door prizes, garage sale, tons of fun!

Please see attachment for shoebox swap instructions, optional swaps instructions, and application form.

There will be a "Garage Sale" so bring your stamp/scrap items priced to sell. No current Stampin' up! merchandise to be sold. Please limit your stock to half of an 8 foot table. Due to an overwhelming sale, we do not want all space taken up by the Garage Sale. Thank you.

Fill out attached application with a check to guarantee your spot due to limited space by July 27, 2013. This will give all stampers time to prepare their swaps. Totals will be given by August 3rd.
Don't be discouraged if you are a newbie or not sure of yourself, we want to welcome you with open arms. There will be people there that will be willing to help you. We want to make this fun for all types of stampers!

Due to everyone stamping at different paces everyone must stay until every stamper has finished all of their cards. If you wish to bring other projects to help fill your time please do so. We want everyone to enjoy their day so we do not want to have anyone feel pressured to finish in a hurry.

So we have finally gotten together to put the final touches on our files. See the first post in this thread to see all the information. Please look closely since there have been some changes.

We hope that everyone still has this event marked on their calendar since it took us a little while to get things out here. We are hoping to have a great response again this year. This event is always a huge success and without all of you it would not be possible.

We hope to hear from all of you shortly.

I gave my registration to Tamara this past weekend. Woo hoo, can't wait. I thought you ladies were going to change the recipe to of choice, I see it is still a veggie dish. Will I be disqualified with my dessert dish?

Lol ladies! I will be coming however I am unable to print the registration form because along with my daughter's therapy ipad getting stolen last week, my printer has become depressed and will no longer print. Can I email the reg info and mail a check?? TTYS!

Hi Stamping friends. I have reveived a few registrations this past week so I want to put an update out here for everyone so far. This list is stampers that have let me know they are coming and ones that are paid.

Totals are as follows: Please follow numbers exactly.
Swap - 15 - precut for 12, premake 3, 2 for hostesses and 1 for your sample
ABAC - 13 -make 13 of the same item
Mini Notebook - 10 - make 10 of same item
6x6 recipe - 13 - make 13 of same item
Lottery - 13 - make 1 item valued at $15, must include a handcrafted item of any kind but if value not in that item fill in with any kind of goodies. Please keep close to $15 total value.

YIKES! Started thank you gifts, not finished yet. Started notebooks, not finished yet. Started recipe cards, not finished yet. Now starting my sample card and I know I won't finish it tonight! (At least I've been in a creative mood lately and it seems to be working for me! YAY!!!)

Well Lucky u Di. I have not one thing started so therefore nothing complete. lol I have some ideas flowing in my head but thats about it. The way I live, the last minute.

Robin: it's ok. I had someone else join us too so you really weren't the last one.

Final totals are posted in post #30. We have a total of 15. Perfect to make it a fun filled day. See this post for all numbers and to be sure your info for swaps is correct. If there are any problems please let me know. I can't wait to see everyone again and all the great projects.

Not only am I excited about working on my own stuff but two of my friends are NEW stampers and this will be their first event - - YAY!!!! Their enthusiasm and excitment is keeping me in the creative mood!

After changing colors, borrowing cardstock and changing back to my original color, my card is done and everything in my shoebox ready to go! Next up: 6 x 6 recipe cards!
