Default My marker quest...

has finally ended! After searching on Youtube for different marker tutorials for the Mementos and finding scarcely any, I happened upon tutorials for Letraset Promarkers. Wow! There are tons of videos for these markers (almost as many as for Copics, I think)
I found several sets on Amazon, ordered the muted set and the skin tone set. Superbly happy with them. I will be ordering more as my budget allows!

So glad you found some markers you like and can use. I have a few Promarkers and like them, too. I looked on Amazon, and think I need to pick up a couple of sets also. They are so much more reasonably priced than Copics.

Yes, I thought they were very reasonable too. I did check Carpe Diem and they do sell the markers individually for $1.69 BUT shipping is not so reasonable! After I added the cost of shipping to each marker, Amazon came out cheaper and with a quicker ship time!

After trying and trying to find an alcohol marker in my price range and one with good color choices (I did try the Bic Mark It markers but sent them back due to limited color options) I am so glad to have found the Letraset Promarkers. I have no illusions that I'm going to color so often that I'll bleed them dry so I wasn't worried about a refillable marker. I just wish I'd known about these before I bought the Memento markers!

Oh well, live and learn, right?!

Can't you use your Memento markers to color directly on your stamps and use the Promarkers to color in your stamped images. That's how I use my Mementos. They play nice with alcohol ink markers too.

Yes, I am learning to mix my markers...I'm not an artist so mixing mediums is not my strong suit. LOL! I have learned to like my Mementos so I'm keeping them. I just really do like the Promarkers and want MORE of them
