"Thank you!" shout out to Consumer Crafts

I've been ordering the Spectrum Noir markers from Consumer Crafts for (*sigh*) the past few weeks. One of the packages in my latest shipment had a cracked and dried out marker. I emailed Consumer Crafts and they responded right away with an apology and request for name/address/etc and they will immediately replace the bad marker! YAY!

Bad news travels fast. We have to be proactive about sending out good news ;)
