I'm so glad I found this thread. I received my very first verve order last month and I was THRILLED! For starters the shipping was actually reasonable (I didn't feel like I was stealing from my grocery fund to buy something), the package arrived with lightening speed, AND the best part when I opened it up I felt like I was getting a present. The stamps and dies were so nicely wrapped, tied with a twine AND there was a really nice little thank you stamp included. I must say this is hands down the best order I've ever received! I emailed Verve right away and thanked them and expressed how pleased I was. EXCELLENT customer service! I'll be ordering more and spreading the word as well
