I have been thinking about starting my own blog group. I currently update my blog several times a week and use mostly Stampin' Up products or Stampscapes. I offer blog candy several times throughout the year. I'm also an avid gardener and like to post pictures of my flower gardens. I am considering naming the group "Vintage Roses", but I am open for suggestions.
We would keep things simple ... the only rules would be:
1. Post to your blog once a week. Of course, there are vacations and life happens but just let us know.
2. Visit everyone's blogs weekly and leave encouraging comments.
3. Add all the participants of the group to your blog sidebar - becoming a follower of their blog would be great!
I would like to encourage bloggers who are not already in a group to join so we can get to know each other. I will be limiting the group to 10-12 members so we all have time to visit everyone regularly.
If you are interested, please post your first name and blog URL. I do work full-time so I may not be able to respond to you until the evening. You are officially part of this group when your name and blog address appear below. Let's commit to three months and see how it goes.
Donna...it's Kari E-R...you know your faithful follower...(stalker is such a harsh word)...my style isn't vintage...but i love flower gardens...my blog is in my sig...feel free to add me to your group if you'd like

Pam - if you need help with adding the sidebar here are some instructions:
In Blogger go to your dashboard and click on Design.
Click on Add a gadget and you will have a window open with a list of things you can add. Scroll down until you see add a Link List. There will be this blue cross you can click on.
Then another window pops up, and you can type the title of the group. Then underneath, you should have a place to add the Link List. To add the address, you open up the window of the blog, copy the address at the top, and then paste it where it says New Site URL. Add the person's name and click add link
After you have added everyone, don't forget to click on the orange save button.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm hoping to get this group rolling with a few more members.
Hi everyone I found you....LOL Okay, I'd love to join your blog group since our last group didn't work out. The holidays might be busy for me, but I'd like to sign up and see how it goes.
I'm planning on updating my blog today. We aren't going anywhere today because my little one has been sick for the past few days and this cold has gotten me down as well.
I'll come back later to fix my side bar on my blog and follow everyone's blogs.
Can I join this one? I'm from the All Natural Group. I have only been updating once a week but will try to post more. I am trying to do more challenges.
I would like to make sure everyone is receiving the emails we post on this thread so we can chat. If not, please follow the below instructions.
Click on your SCS name that appears in read at the top right of this screen. This will take you to your profile. Click on "edit options" on the left hand bar. One of the big gray boxes is called "Messaging and Notification". Make sure that the Default Thread Subscription Mode is set for instant email notification.
vintage isn't really my style...but i love roses...and really don't care what the group is called...i could try to do a vintage card or two but will not be held responsible for any mental anguish that occurs due to viewing said vintage cards

No need to make any vintage cards. When I originally created this thread I wanted to have a title so I just chose Vintage Roses. I guess that kind of through everyone off.
Just create what you like and I enjoy seeing all the different styles.
Good Morning ladies! I'm fixing my side bar right now with everyone's blog and I want to follow you all too. Today I'm staying put and getting some of my crafting things caught up.
BTW- if anyone likes to participate in image swaps, I have a great swap going on right now and we still need a few more players. The link is in my siggy line; feel free to come check it out
I have my Christmas card SAS tonight. Only one person signed up and she is a dear friend that I have not seen in a couple of months so it should be fun.
Gotta go clean my stamp cave-it's a disaster area-before tonight. However, I do plan on scrapping tomorrow! I have not made any pages in months and I really need to at least scan some photos & send some to the photo shop.
I'm making some CAS Christmas cards for my swap...yeah! I think I found my mojo again Plus I just found SU's Pumpkin Patch stamp set that I've been looking for so I'm excited about that.
Hello Ladies,
I've been out of pocket the last couple of days with my son's soccer games. The state cup games were played Friday-Sunday. Today we went to Auburn University for a campus tour and found out they accepted Michael too. Great day! Anyway, I will update my blog tonight or tomorrow morning! Looking forward to seeing everyone's creations!
