I like the idea of tack n peel, but can't envision an organized way of keeping them stored when not in use!
I store mine in cd cases. If they are plain rubber I put some poster tape on the inside of the case and stick the stamps to them. If they are SU stamps I don't take the backing off (so they look just like they do when you buy them) and just put them in the cd cases loose. They stick to the tack n peel and come right off without damaging the paper backing. If the stamps have ezmount or vinyl cling, do NOT stick them to the tack n peel. My stamps like that either get pulled off the foam or I use the backside of the blocks for them.
