I think that's actually one of my techniques that I called "Joseph's Coat Inside Out". Instead of brayering color on glossy cardstock, stamping with versamark and embossing with clear, then brayering over it with black ink as you do in Joseph's Coat, my technique has you stamp with a background stamp on regular cardstock, add color if you wish with sponges or chalk inks, proceed with stamping and embossing with clear EP, then instead of brayering over it with black, you use 2 or three other colors to brayer over the embossing. Since you are doing it lighter than regular Joseph's coat, the background shows through both the image and the brayered portions and it looks very painterly. I also like the one you saw in All I Have Seen gallery...(helps, BTW, to put a link in...I had to hunt to find the one you meant). In that one, it looks like she used the words as her background. Very beautiful!
