Oh darn! I see what you mean... I just went to the site I bookmarked a while back when I bought some of her products and sure enough, she's not there any more. In fact the whole site seems to have changed its approach. It's Little Dreamer Designs, and I'm really bummed that I didn't buy more of her digi kits when I originally saw them (maybe a year ago?) because now they seem to have vanished.
I checked out catscrap.com as you mentioned and yeah, they have a few but not the ones I remember really liking.
Okay, I just googled around and it appears she may not be doing digi kit designs these days. As of Dec. 2011, I see she has designed a cartridge for Cricut and is also listed as a designer on this site:

There could be more places that she's selling her work. This is just what I found during a quick search.
I'm with you, though. Really bummed that I should've bought more when there were pages and pages of her kits for sale on that other site.
