WELCOME TO TEAPOT TUESDAY
THE SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING TEAPARTY
AND CHALLENGE #196
MIRROR, MIRROR, ON THE DORA!
WHERE'S THAT GIRL?
THAT SMALL EXPLORER!
Note: Anyone is welcome to play! You automatically become a Teapotter the first time you play in our challenge. Also, you do not have to write a story. You just have to be inspired by the teapot or by the story about this week's location! Have fun! If this is your first Teapot Tuesday Challenge, please mention that in your commentary so we can be sure to greet you properly, in pure Teapot Tuesday fashion! Your participation in Destination Station is 100% voluntary and not at all required. Just have fun!
This is my story!
1. Who'da thunk! Did you ever think that 42,000 years after your childhood you would still be having teaparties with friends? Who didn't have a little tea set when they were a little girlie? Who didn't have teaparties with imaginary friends? Who didn't dress up and pretend they were eating fancy treats when growing up? Yikes, that is exactly what we are still doing! 42,000 years later! Even the imaginary friends part is still happening except that when we talk to our imaginary friends, they talk back! How cool is that?
Mirror, Mirror, On The Dora
Where's That Girl?
That Small Explorer?
She, Great Queen, just left the Hall.
Left this minute.
She travelled to the mall.
Huntsman, Huntsman, Behind the Dora.
Off with you!
Find that Small Explorer!
Oh Great Queen, Do not despair.
She won't discover
Where you bought your hair!
Huntsman! Huntsman! Do it now!
You must find her!
Else I'll turn you into a cow!
2. Dora, the Explorer ended up at the Village Hall exploring, researching, doing what she does best, getting to the bottom of why the Queen of the Village has the fairest, most gorgeous pitch black hair of all! Unfortunately for Dora, when the Queen gazed upon the beautiful, black, heathly and NATURAL but short hair that she herself is so fortunate to have, the Queen immediately took a disliking to her! After all, she, The Queen of the Village, has always been the one with the most beautiful black hair around, its healthy, its thick, its important to Mick!!! Mick is the Queen's lastest beau! His attraction to her and her hair is quite out of the ordinary! She has big plans for a Happily Ever After Ending with Mick!
3. This Dora the Explorer, seems to be quite capable of solving mysteries and her secret of beautiful hair is in jeopardy, could be exposed! Her very relationship with Mick could also be in jeopardy! The mirror on the dora is wrong! That Dora, The Explorer, will find the secret wig shop the Queen pays the Huntsman's cousin to operate incognito behind Cookie Shoppe at the mall! It's just a matter of time before Dora finds the hidden entrance to her secret wig shop behind the cookie cooling shelves!
Huntsman do your job! Don't you slack!
Get that Dora and bring her back!
Do not fail, do it now!
Life's not so good as a cow!
4. This is the way it goes, Dora knows! The Queen's hair is not fair! Her black is not black! She saw the wig in the sack! Oh my! What a fake, this takes the cake! This Queen, she's odd, and she is a fraud! Dora's off to the mall, she just left the hall, the villagers must make the call, who has the fairest hair of all! There's not much time, the Huntsman is on his way and hey, he's good, the best in the neighborhood! The only way to get Dora her own happy ending here is to confuse the Huntsman! If we bring 42,000 Dora's to the mall, the real one can continue her mission, expose the Queen's secret while the other 41,999 can tease the Huntsman. He will never know, who the real Dora, the Explorer is. It's genius, this plan!
