Make sure you don't shake it. Just gently roll it from side to side to mix the pigment. You can soak the sprayer in hot water if it's already been shaken and is clogged. After soaking, put the tube in hot water and spray a few times until you know the sprayer part is clear and then put it back on the bottle. Shaking makes the pigment clog the sprayer. HTH
This is what happened to me also. Did as the directions state - Shake Well. Bought it from my LSS that is within walking distance so went back and she unclogged it for me. Today, I bought another color. I just rolled it back and forth but it still got clogged. Maybe, laying sideways in the bag on the way home caused the 'stuff' to shift enough to clog the sprayer tube. This time I just held it upright and lightly 'banged' it on the tabletop and it unclogged. Why don't they use finer glimmer stuff or put BBs in the bottom (making sure the tube is short enough not to 'suck up' the BB) and instruct you to swirl the liquid? This stuff really works well to dye the Hug Snug seam binding tape.
The hot water soak worked well for the pump and tube. Bet my demo doesn't know about this, as hers are gloppy. I will have to share on the QT (o;
Thank you thank you thank you!

Thanks Lydia. You've saved the day, and my reindeer, who now have sparkly noses. You are terrific - as usual.
