I have not used this tape before, but if this is an alternative to the red roll of extremely sitcky tape that I am using right now...the idea of having it on a dispenser instead of cutting off the roll is enough to get me to give it a shot I am glad this was posted here. I will admit that (and this is just my opinion, not trying to be rude) I think $40 for a tape dispenser is a little much. ATG's cost about that though and everyone seems to have one so I could be wrong What are the "many attachments"? I clicked on the link but can't tell. Thanks!

While a dispenser would be a big plus for using my scor-tape, there is no way I'd spend $40 on it...without tape as part of the offer. That's just way too high of a price. And I do have the pink atg, which with two rolls of tape that came with, I still only paid $20.
I'm not trying to be rude either, just expressing my opinion.

I agree, for $40.00 I will continue to tear it by hand, I would not be willing to spend that kind of money on a dispenser..... I have plenty of other places to spend money on this hobby.

The idea is great but the cost is a little high and it looks like it will take up space in my limited crafting area.

Wow, that is quite a tape dispenser! Unfortunately, I will have to pass this up as $40 is way above my budget. If the price comes down in the future, I definitely will be very interested in buying it. However, my birthday is coming up in July, & I will be dropping hints??!!

$40 for a tape dispenser is WAY out of my budget. I could buy a lot of tape for that money!!!

Plus, having the sticky side exposed (when you keep it pulled out to the cutting edge) will decrease the sticky ness........unless you use your scor tape every day---which I don't.....

When I click on the link to purchase in Post #! I get this message, "Sorry, the product was not found." Is this product still available? If so, is there a new link? :-) LM

Lightbulb Scor Tape Dispensor

WOW! Yep I agree $40.00 would buy a lot of tape. Look here. Anyone of you that have DH that do woodworking. Could be customized to fit any type of tape and width. With some thought and creativity could be made portable too I am sure. Has anyone made a wooden tape dispenser like the $40.00?

Default Scor Tape Dispenser

I would not pay $40 for this whether it came with tape or not. It is large and cumbersome to tote to crops and takes up to much space on my desk.

I use a twist tie to keep them together and they stack perfectly in my case.

Just my opinion.:p

The price is $19.95 on the one in the link below. That is much more reasonable. I am considering getting it since Scor Tape is my most used adhesive. :-) LM

This is a library tool we use for repairing our books. It works great but seems kind of expensive or a crafter.
