Hello everyone....hope you had a great weekend!! I'm ready to do some fun stamping...how about you??
How may times have you wanted to use a particular image but it just doesn't fit your design...well, we are not going to have that problem today because my challenge to you is tocrop it!! That's right....go ahead and use the image you want...just crop it to fit!!
You can use Nestabilities, punches, or just trim your image with a paper cutter...you can also do a scrapbook page or altered item if you want. As Tim Gunn says "make it work"!!
woohoo Joan, I can't believe I'm the FIRST one to see this! I'm going to try my hand at this. Great challenge.

Great challenge! I just pulled out a large Rubbernecker stamp that I wasn't sure how to use because of how tall it is and now that I see this challenge, I have a reason to try using it (for the first time)! Thanks Joan!

Joan, thanks for a great challenge. Here's my card. Now off to bed, have to be up by 6, ugh!

This is something I rarely do, but always think it looks great when I see other people doing it. As soon as I get my desk tidy I'll be up and running.
Thanks, Joan .
What a fun challenge! Instead of cutting the image, I stamped it while the panel was inside a die and let the die shape do the cropping for me...hope that is okay!
I had already made this Butterfly Birthday card for Teapot Tuesday when I realized that it works for this challenge as well, since I cut just the cake out of a Stampendous stamp that included a platter, the word "HAPPY" and a bunch of candles in the original image. Then I did my own decorations! TFL!
OK, EVERY time I tried to create something for this challenge, it ended up being something different - that didn't end up going by the guidelines of cropping my image. LOL Last night, I created this one.
Here's another card for this week's challenge. Like many, I combined it with this week's CAS sketch, and finally got to ink up a pretty stamp that I have had but haven't used! TFL!
Location: In my stamping room,of course (Summerlin, NV)
