Reccomendation for Custom Design?

I really want a custom blog background, banner, horizontal menu buttons, and maybe a few other little buttons and a watermark created for my blog. I am in the process of moving to wordpress.

Anyone want to recommend a designer? I am willing to pay up to a certain amount in order to avoid the frustration of doing it myself. I am in somewhat of a hurry. I have seen some designers have 6 month waiting list...that doesn't work for me. Any suggestions? Recommendations?

I don't personally use her, but I do know that Michele Laycock (laycock designs..I think) does fabulous work!

I've used Diana at Custom Blog Designs Custom Blog Designs

and have been very happy with her prices, work speed, and her friendliness. She did my current blog (shown below)

The one I used for my blog is Trendy Girl Designs by TrendyGirlDesigns on Etsy she has some cool pre made designs for your blog, etsy shop, etc. Pretty reasonable price too and I like that she emailed me immediately and helped me because I don't know much about the blogging world myself. I hope this helps.
