Hi everyone! I'm happy to be hosting the sketch challenge this week Today I am sharing a sketch that can be as CAS as you want it to be, or you can jazz it up. I invited a couple of friends to play along, to share with everyone just how many ways it could be interpreted!
Here's my card. I'm losing my mojo here. I just couldn't get motivated on this sketch. What I wanted to do was some flowers in the circle but I couldn't find a circle big enough to play with. UGH!!! So I ended up with this!!! Again UGH!! as in ugHly!!!
I should never, never, never check the challenge board before going to bed, because then I don't. I had already stamped and colored this image, but hadn't cut it out because I was waiting to see if it would work for this week's sketch. I had to use an oval shape because I don't have any circle dies large enough for this image. I also had to flip this sketch on it's head since it would have seemed almost sinful to have the implication of an upside down cross with this cross image. Well here it is:
Thanks for the great sketch! I tweaked it a bit, adding 3 circle elements instead of 1. I used my new Rubbernecker Sundae stamp, and a mini holiday set for my pink candies. The sundae topping is pink glitter glue, which is slow drying :( Have a Sweet Day! Here's Love Sundae

Well, I made a card for this wonderful sketch, but for some reason when I try to post it says it is unable to read the format of my card. Since I am computer stupid, I don't know what to do. I am not doing anything different from before. Have to try later I guess.
I got this stamped image from SU's Espress Yourself from my stamping buddies, and used today's sketch challenge to display it. I flipped the layout and added two round elements. I added a pleated candy cup from my See's valentine's box for my cupcake. This is dedicated to my dear friends Yolanda and Detelinka- and all the wonderful cups of coffee and visits we have shared together over the years- and I get to visit them both this year! Here's Dedicated to Yolanda and Detelinka.

I like this sketch. Thanks. Now that I've made one card I want to make a few more for some of the ladies at my church. My little Martha Stewart butterfly punch is getting a workout today.
Been away from the challenges for a while due to school, work and family. Thank goodness it's finally spring break for me and I can relax and make some cards! Here is my submission for this week's sketch challenge. Hope you like it
