MAR12VSNI ~ Saturday, March 10th ~ 4:00pm EST ~ The Spring Poem
Title: The Spring Poem
Hostess: Peggy, pegmac71
Keyword: MAR12VSNI
Day/Date: Saturday, March 10th
Time: 4:00pm EST
"Spring has sprung!", said the bumble bee.
"How do you know?", said the old oak tree.
"I just saw a daffodil blooming on a windy hill!"
My challenge is....use one or more items from the poem to make a card or project. Keep in mind that you do not have to take the poem "literally". Think outside the box....there are so many possibilities! Most of all have fun!
1. ALL VSN CREATIONS MUST BE UPLOADED BY 10:00 PM EST ON Monday March 12th.
2. You have 45 minutes to complete the challenge.
3. Please remember to put in the correct keyword, MAR10VSNI , when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
It is also highly recommended that you post a link to your creation in this chat thread to be sure your layout is seen.
I love bees, and was TOTALLY going to make a bee card (even had the stamps and paper picked out), but then I saw this oak tree all ready to go in my bits and pieces, and well...sometimes you just have to go with it, right?
Deena, here's a link to your card, which is not showing up in the gallery for this challenge. You will want to go back and edit your card and fix the keyword; it should be MAR12VSNI.
The easiest way to link a card is to open the card image in one window or tab, and this thread in another window/tab. When you type your message on the thread, just copy and paste the address right from the browser address bar for the card page. Does that make sense?
Here's what it would look like when you paste it in your message....except without the "" which are there to make the address show up as text... then the SCS website substitutes the correct link code when you submit your message.
