Splitcoaststampers - View Single Post - How do I move a post into a new Tab button?

Thanks Deb...I'm still having trouble though. I managed to change the post to HTML and paste it under the new tab but I don't know how to change it back from HTML to something readable with pics. I need more help please...thanks!
