How do I move a post into a new Tab button?

Now that I've learned how to create new pages/tabs on my blog I made one called Tutorials and I'd like to move the tutorial I had posted on my home page under that tab but I'm really lost as to how to do that.

All you would need to do is switch the post over to HTML. Highlight and copy the whole post. Go to your new area and paste that in the HTML in the box there.

Thanks Deb...I'm still having trouble though. I managed to change the post to HTML and paste it under the new tab but I don't know how to change it back from HTML to something readable with pics. I need more help please...thanks!
