OMG, how awful. I just received mine and took it out of the box, but have yet a chance to play! If you don't mind me asking, where did you purchase from? How long have you had each one before they broke? Did the motor just die or what happened? I would definitely contact Tim Holtz as he maybe able to help you. Go to Tim Holtz
