Want to put a very positive "SHOUT-OUT" for this company! In the past few weeks I've placed 3 orders with them (Memory Box dies). They ship immediately and there is never a problem with the order. In fact, this morning I placed an order about 10:45. Checked my email about 1:00 P.M. and I had a notice my order had shipped. Can't beat service like that!!
(By the way, they do not charge shipping for dies.)
I ordered from her for the first time this week. Great prices, free shipping on the dies and it arrived quickly. I'm already making a list for my next order.
I recently ordered dies from her as well and agree with everyone else, awesome service and love the free shipping! Loved the great customer service, very sweet lady to deal with!

I also ordered a couple times from her store too and will definitely be back!! I just got my other order today. Very quick shipping, a personal note included and even a little freebie mini stamp included with one of my orders too. Very impressed, and I will start looking at her shop first before I order elsewhere.

Amber read on an SCS thread that I have only one Spellbinders die. A few days ago, she sent me a note saying that she wanted to RAK me a set ... and she let me choose which one!
Today, I received my wonderful, beautiful, generous package. It has the Spellbinders Nestabilities Twenty-One die AND a pack of BoBunny paper, Enchanted Collection with gorgeous black and white prints!
I don't know about the rest of you, but when a store gives back to the community (local or online) it chalks up brownie points in my book!

What an awesome story! I have recieved from Amber also...Back in October I hadn't realized I won a prize during the Hope campaign! Amber was very gracious and waited until I picked out my prize and sent an additional prize!!! I was so blessed
I HAVE to add on to this thread, I can't believe how awesome the customer service is!! After reading the great reviews of the store earlier today, I popped over there this morning and noticed there's a 10% discount until midnight tonight (9/30). So! I put in my order and after I was done and got my receipt, I noticed I forgot to put in the Discount Code to get my 10% off. But, I figured, great prices, free shipping (I only ordered dies and stamps), I was already pleased that it was so cheap!! Not a big deal.
Well guess what, I just got an email notification that I got a reimbursement from Chic and Savvy Crafters for the 10% discount that I forgot to request - Can you believe that?? Who does that these days??!! "Amazing!"
C&S Crafters will be my first stop from now on when I'm looking for product! I am super impressed!! Thanks, Amber!!
Just got my first two orders from Amber - one from Chic and Savvy Crafters, the other from her clear envelopes site - and both were super-fast shipping and wonderful products and prices! She will be my go-to shop now, as well! Amber also has lots of nice things to say when she contributes to any of the threads here on SCS, as well...
I agree with everyone as well, I have placed several orders, they always arrive quickly and that is shipping to Canada. I have also turned family and friends onto her site and they love her as well.
