I also think being accountable to others helps me stay on track! When browsing online (only been to the store once) I keep reminding myself of my commitment to this challenge group and how this will benefit me in the long run!
In regards to excercise...I don't need to lose weight BUT I really do need to excercise. I have a mild case of Osteoarthritis in my knee. I have noticed when I walk regularly my knee does really well and hardly bothers me. I also feel SOOO much better. hmmmmm....maybe I need an accountability partner for this too!
