I was waiting all last week to find out about some items that I ordered and received just before Christmas, there were a few things missing from the order, I did here back from the customer service rep, but she can't tell me what they are going to do until the manager gets back from Holidays. I was hoping that this would be dealt with before midnight last night so if I needed to reorder the items I could and still stay on goal of not spending in the month of January. I guess now if I need to reorder it will have to be done in February instead. They need to determine if the items were never put in the parcel, if they went missing in transet, they have to go through customs to get to me, or (and they haven't said this to me) if I am lying about not getting the items (which I fully understand them thinking because there are people out there who would do that). So I will keep purging in my craft room and playing with all the wonderful supplies that I already have on hand.
