Hi Jen,
As far as I know, there is not a published "discontinued" list of SU products. However, the current
Idea Book & Catalog, plus any current Mini Catalogs are all available for searching, browsing, etc. at
Stampin' Up! . If your item(s) does not appear in the current catalogs, there's a pretty good chance that it has retired, and it's okay to sell it here. There are a few exceptions found here in our
Site Posting Rules.
Unfortunately I have no advice on easy shipping cost calculations from Canada.
