One place I know that is happy to receive paper donations is our local Ronald McDonald House. My friend that is an SU demo volunteers there every month and takes stamps, paper, etc. so the kids (and their families) can make cards and little projects. It's a really popular activity.

If you have a RMH close by, that may be an option...
