Classic SUSANNE situation: I bought (3) boxes of cute cards. I usually don't canvass the entire world with Christmas cards so 21 was enough to send to my older relatives, some long distance friends...ya know..the people you barely hear from. While I was not on the computer--I got them all signed, with lil' notes, addressed...etc...They (were)<--operative word here...fairly large but, very light weight and had this piece of corrugated red paper on them which made them stiff. I was just at the post office--chatting and conversing to the mail people and another patron...and finally my PO guy said..."Are you sure you want to pay this for a card?"...I mis heard him...I thought he said 70cents a card--he said $1.70 a card! YIKES...stop the presses!!! I love Auntie Elaine but there is no way I am shipping these cards out at $1.70 a piece!!! haha He did get a few through before he said that--good thing he said something--I brought 15 of them home with me to either rework or toss for good measure!
Isn't that the way--you think you are doing yourself a big favor only to find out that one card cost $1.70 to mail?!!! No way Jose!

I will make some NEW YEARS cards and pop a cute short note in them--maybe about how my Christmas cards never made it this year!!! haha Der!

Have a fabulous day!
Wiggy>..like this idea--you are our IDEA WOMAN...keep em comin'!
Funny how I make cards but have none for me to send! How does this work? Need to focus Susanne..focus..FOCUS..

Cheers..off to pick up a kid!
