When I was cleaning out my daughter's art supply box, I came across some plastic stencils. An idea began to form in my little brain. Pretty soon, I had a full blown challenge brewing!
I dare you, break out those stencils and let's see what you can do! Even though I was inspired by the plastic stencils in my child's crafting box, let's not be limited to that. Remember that you can stencil with Nestabilities, too. If you have no stencils on hand, don't be afraid to make a stencil yourself. One definition of stencil is: a plate with a cut out design.

1. Open 2 windows: One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.

4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

My favourite is stencilling through the negative space left after punching .

You made me break out some crafty supplies I hadn't used for years. About 15 years actually! Who hangs on to stencils that long? LOL!

Here's my take on today's challenge. Thanks for the inspiration! I was getting stuck on ideas to decorate these mini pizza boxes - didn't want them to look alike and I need 23 of them! So today's challenge was just perfect! Thanks.

This is a fun card featuring some stencils from Dreamweaver. I used a background stencil and then one of the newer winter stencils of ice skates. Both were embossed using white embossing paste.

That's really gorgeous!!! Hmmm, embossing paste, that's a new one for me.
This is a card I did using the large angel stencil. I traced the stencil then started to stipple. I used a variety of steadtler pens. Check out more from my blog kristiscreativecafe.blogspot.com
This card was done using the Christmas Tree from Dreamweaver Stencils. I actually stenciled the different colors over the stencil. After completing the stenciling of color I used sticky powder by Stampee and heat set. Then I used the Stampee Foil and placed it over the image and ran it through my Your Story. This transfered the foil to the design.
This is a card using the Cameo Stencil and the Harringbone Background Stencil. The cameo is done on navy blue metal and the backgound with paste I mixed to do a dark blue/black. For more fun stuff check out my blog kristiscreativecafe.blogspot.com
