Sketch Challenge 62
REMINDER: Please put SC62 in your keywords box when you upload your card so when it’s typed into the gallery search box - your card will come up with the others.
Link only the card for this challenge not your gallery!
Reminder – NO uploading on Sunday!
If you need help with uploading a card - click here.
-------------------------------------
I still have not heard from Andrea and it’s just a suggestion but it would be nice if we all sent her a RAK to show her we care about her. In case you didn’t know - Andrea got this challenge thing on SCS started with this sketch challenge and the others followed in her footsteps! We owe her for all the fun we are having with these challenges!
Look up AndreaSophie in the RAK club list or PM me for her address.
----------------------------------------
It’s that tall thing again! We often get taller images so this sketch will be perfect for them but if you don’t have the tall image - have no fear and you’ll see what I mean with Emily’s card below and mine in post #6.
The size of the card is the regular quarter sheet front, 4.25" X 5.50"
I really like the first examples since I’ve been called a layering fanatic!
gotta_stamp and larkspur4000
If you’re not into all the layers, these will work for you.
Tah Dah and emilymomto3boys
Enjoy the sketch, I know you'll come up with some wonderful cards as always!
Gallery Submissions (this link will only show cards with the keyword in the keyword line)
The layout attachment will print out to actual A2 (4.25 x 5.5) size of the card for most computers.
To print this layout: - (nc means no color) If you see a small layout click on it or if you see an icon click on the words next to it.
-When the black surround screen appears click only on the layout and a white screen with the layout should appear.
-Right click and click on print from the pop up box or hold down your shift key and P key at the same time.
-Now you're ready to choose print and it should print to actual size of the card depending on your computer.

Here is an easy way to find Andrea in the RAK list.
When you get on the first list file - hold your Ctrl key down and hit F
a box will pop up and you'll type in her user name
now hit Find Next and it'll take your cursor to the name
This works on any page on the internet as well as your home computer files. It's Window feature so you can thank Bill Gates for this one!

Rox, thanks for stepping up to bat. We all really appreciate your efforts. This looks fun. I need to spend some time in my stamping area. I am totally stressed out this morning and hopefully this challenge will help.

Here is mine, I mounted the bookmark with glue dots, so it can be removed and used. Great challenge, I haven't had time to do many cards, so this was the kick I needed...thanks for looking...Rebecca

Roxie, thank you for taking time to post the challenge. I haven't been active on this site for very long, and just recently started doing some of the challenges, so I'm not very familiar with everyone yet. But, I understand you are stepping in to fill a need right now, and I can certainly appreciate that. I will do this challenge and combine it with a cc at some point today. I'm off to the dentist soon, so will get to work on it when I return. And thank you for not giving us 12 challenges in the same week as the cc's...lol. I'm loving this challenge stuff! Y'all are a great bunch of people to 'play' with, I'm having a load of fun. Thanks again for your labor of love.

Thanks again Rox for the challenge! You've been doing them since I started doing challenges, so I just assumed you had the lead. Thanks for keeping us going!
This one took me a long while. I think my brain was still in shock from having to use Taken with Teal THREE times (see CC52). ;) In a melancholy mood, so I made a sympathy card.

I also have a few in my gallery that are turned sideways, if anyone is interested.
I think that this is a great challenge, because I'm always looking for ideas on using these long stamps.

That Kimberly is OUT OF CONTROL! I couldn't believe that myself when I checked but it's a good thing because I've gone through the list and I have at least three combos to choose from in my ink supply so I'm getting one done before the week is out! Hopefully today if I get off this computer!

WOW! Thanks Roxie for considering my card for your challenge. I wish I could remember who I got my inspiration from, but it was definately someone here at Splitcoast. I've had some family/pet stresses lately to deal with and havent been able to stamp much, so this is a real "pick me up!"......Thanks again!!
