HYCCT1111 Strength in the love that surrounds you by Crafty Julia
I love this challenge- frilly stuff and girl power!
I went with my DCWV mariposa matstack for my DP, and I used SU's Bliss for my butterfly and flower. SU's Great Greetings (early 1990s set) gave me the theme: May you find strength in the love that surrounds you.
I finished with some gold and pink ribbon, and lace. Here's my card:
I used purple (girlie), flowers (girlie), Shimmer (girly), and rhinestones (girly again).
It's hard to believe October is already 1/3 over! I know my day will seem a little empty when the first think I think of when I wake up is "I wonder what the challenge is for today" is over!
Here is my HYCCT1111 Flight like a girl Card. I pushed the bling factor up as much as possible. That is not like me at all, but sometimes you have to channel your inner girl power. I used Glazon for the first time and it was great. I put a thin layer over my black stamped image and no bleeding of the black or copics bleeding through the cardstock.:p I'm sending five of these cards. Thanks, Debby

I *LOVE* it - "channeling your inner girl power"!!!! SO AWESOME!
I made a girlie card with a big pink flower, lace, ribbon, and bling! I reused the sketch from HYCCT1105 as my big flower worked so well with that layout.
