I used to eat crap like that for lunch! I gained 40 pounds over the past 8 years. So I've lost 42 since June 7th and had a yummy bowl of cottage cheese and Greek yogurt sweetened with Stevia and a dash of coconut flavoring for lunch. Really is yummy!
I finally got my cards in the mail to MD Anderson today. I sent 19. I am behind four cards so I am heading to the dungeon to work before I have to go to the church and practice.
