I would value all opinions... try to think as a buyer not as a crafts person trying to protect their produce!
I bag almost everything. As a buyer I prefer it. I also use lunch bags to bag bought stuff and little baskets on table for shoppers. I have at previous fairs set everything out in bundles but this year I may set up some of my table with displays and definitely planning on adding height to my table with a shelf and frames.
