Photo challenge #139....awesome rocks! I hope y'all had a great Labour Day weekend. We certainly did! We drove up north to a friend's cottage. It's on the northern edge of the Niagara Escarpment, just south of Tobermory, Ontario. The road is cut throught the rocks at several places (didn't get a photo of that) and there are so many amazing rocks in that area. I never get tired of looking at them and taking photos. Do you have any unique rocks in your area? Lets see some pictures.

My photos #1 an amazing rock that had a hole right through it. #2 a rock with a hole in the top,m where soil is collecting and will soon have plants growing in that cavity. #3 the black rocks along the shore. They have indentations and holes that were possibly formed by shells or sea creatures long, long ago.
