I wish I had the same experience everyone here has spoke about. I just ordered from them and my order did'nt ship when they said it did. They didn't know where it was and acted like it was not their responsibility. Their attitude was "not my problem." They weren't ugly about it but just not helpful or accomadating. They had my money-oh well, is pretty much how it went. After alot emails and stress, my package showed up 12 days later. And one of the items was missing from my order. I called them about it and they said it was out of stock. Couldn't tell me when it would be in and I had enough, so asked for a refund on the missing item, which they did. I can't say I would feel very good about ordering from them again.
