Dr update - I spoke to my eye dr's office this morning, and she is waiting for all of the dictation and test results from the hospital before scheduling me to see the nuerologist. Which makes perfect sense! She'll call me once she has everything and sets the date. The holiday weekend just really screwed everything up getting processed.

Hellloooooo new thread!
Got my heart monitor. Good thing no handsome dudes were around. Would go off! The dr who looks like a walking cadaver took care of me today. Actually, he was pretty nice. Ive never met him but I've seen him when Ive been in the office. He's sooooo skinny and bald and angular. But he laughed at my feeble joking attempts so he's ok.
Ive got the snackies for Sat so Im def all set. It is HOT out there tho. Geesh.

Anyone up for lunch on Friday, July 15th? Amanda and I are meeting so she can give me my SU goodies...whoever is available is more than welcome!!! Not sure exactly WHERE, yet, but at least we have a date!
I'm bored...sure wish I could bring my stamping stuff to work with me! I've already printed off some digi-images to work on over the weekend. For some reason I can't open the files at home so I have to do it at work...AND I desperately need to figure out how to attach a watermark to a photo...
Check my blog on Monday- I have news!
Can't wait to go to Michelle Zindorf's classes on Saturday with Gloria and Theresa! Sorry to be missing Amanda's workshop, though...I'll make sure that Gloria sets up a day and time for a brayering class...she's as good as Michelle Zindorf already!

Hooray! the Brown truck just arrived so I am off to finish my swaps for convention! had some good news today . My sister Elizabeth Orr just won the back to school contest for Stamp'n Sucess magazine so please have a look in the next issue at her work. will try to get online at convention and let everyone know how it is.I will have to plan something after for those who would like to see my swaps!

What happened with AirTran? We've flown with them before and had no problem. DS flew AirTran to Puerto Rico, too. I'll have to find out how things went with him....

Good morning all. Just checking in. Nothing to say as usual.

Well what was going to be a really busy day has turned into a lazy day for me... The boys still haven't cleaned up their rooms. Kinda nice to just relax. Kinda wish it would rain. My garden needs it.

OMG, that card is adorable. The image is precious but the inside pop up thing. Class! Paula is going to be busy giving us classes along with Gloria.
Sky is looking ominous. I agree Gloria, storms just move right on thru and go to Mary's. That storm yesterday packed a wallop in some areas.
Mary, I love to color too,more than anything. Before doing cards, I had like 3 big boxes of crayolas. I have a nice coloring book of victorian houses. Hmm, havent seen it lately. Ive been ignoring it since the card thing. I do notice my hand is not as steady as it used to be. Ive always been a color inside the lines type person...at least for as long as I can stand it. Then I have to start doing my own thing which doesnt turn out so good. LOL.

I read in one of my travels on line that you can use the crayons just like the pencils with the oderless mineral spirits. I haven't tried it yet. I love coloring too. |

It's so hot! I need to call the stable to see if we're having a riding lesson today. Sometimes it gets cancelled if it's too hot.
Laundry is almost done...but I'm not all the way unpacked :(

Had a bad experience at Lowe's today...I'm a bit more calmed down now. I had to do some yelling to management while I was there for an hour and a half. Dumb asses.
Has Rose been caught out in public again with anything less than street clothes? Ha!

As far as what to bring to the birthday cookout, just bring whatever you'd like, you can surprise us and you don't have to cook!
Sorry about the Lowe's experience, it must have been pretty bad for you to get so upset! __________________

I am definitely looking forward to tomorrow too! Wish I could be there early with the rest of you but I really need to be at the Rescue's Adoption Day event until around 2:00, they were desperate for volunteers so I couldn't back out. So hopefully I will see you all around 2:30 or a little after, I am so looking forward to seeing everyone, doing some stamping and seeing the new catty! __________________
