The central image is a napkin from "The Christmas Tree Shop". A favorite store in and around Ma. It may be a little more than a CAS, but I made it a few days ago before this challenge came out and I thought the 3 layer border somewhat fit.

My Gallery CAS Summer 2011,2012,2014 Challenge - Guest Designer
Aw, thanks for the shout-out, Denise! I'm really nervous about our first cards going up today!
This was a fabulous sketch and I hope I have time today to make a couple more cards that are floating around in my head for it! Can't wait to see what everyone else does with it, too.
Cute sketch! My card is a bit of a stretch on the sketch, hope it is close enough. Anyway, I saw a card a while back that was all white with cut out images at the top and embossed over all. When I was pondering the sketch, I remembered that card and thought of doing something similar with cupcakes. I searched my favs for the card, which I'm not even sure I saw on this site, and couldn't find it, so I just winged it from my 50' something memory. Here it is:
