Hi Annie! I don't think there are any scrapbook stores left in Duluth, unless some have recently opened. I think there used to be three and they've all closed! I think there is either a Michael's or Joann's there, though. I'm from Pine City, MN (South of Duluth on 35) and teach card classes at the scrapbook store here in town. I have had many ladies come down from Duluth to take my classes because there aren't any stores up there for them. The store here is awesome and for many people it's the only one nearby. People come from all over to shop at the Pine City Scrapbooking Co and it's got so much more than a lot of other scrapbook stores. Hope this helps!
And here's a link to the Pine City store if you're interested!

Thanks so much, Jessica, for the information about Duluth. How sad to think of all of the stamp stores that have closed, but thanks for the information about the Pine City store! Maybe some day I will be lucky enough to be able to check it out! Thanks a bunch!!
Isn't there (or perhaps was...) a store there with the word "color" in the store name? True Colors??? Dang, I wish I could remember the name of it.....I always wanted to go shopping there but never made it. Maybe the locals know what I'm talking about and can let you know if it's still around or not. I always wanted to stop at the one in Pine City as well but never made it there either. I've heard it's quite large and has heaps of goodness!

A few of the ladies from Duluth that take my card classes at the PC store had said a while ago that True Colors had gone out of business too, and that had been the last one left, I believe!
You'll have to stop by the Pine City store if you get a chance, you wouldn't believe the variety and amount of awesome stuff that is there. There's also a full retreat center in the back, so 24 people can stay right there!!! It's an AMAZING, AWESOME store, and I'm so lucky to have it just a few blocks from me!!

There aren't many stamp stores left in our neck of the woods. I am from Montreal, Wisconsin about an 1-1/2 from Duluth and there is an awesome stamp store in the town next to us, Ironwood Michigian, (so about an hour and 40 minutes from Duluth.) Creative Spirits. Becky is spectacular and goes above and beyond for us with classes and getting what we crave, lol.
True Colors is gone too in Duluth. I need to check out that store in Pine City - I work in Duluth, live in Superior, WI and I hear good things about it. But I do miss our local stores.
